Make the issue reviewable.
Record the exact model or page, the supporting source, and the observed problem. Save an unsent text brief locally, or submit only a record ID, issue category, severity, and optional primary-source URL for review. Freeform text and files are excluded from submission. A receipt confirms intake, not a reviewed correction.

Useful evidence.
Include the exact configuration and region, a source URL, the source date when available, and the specific fact that conflicts. For an interface issue, include the browser, device, steps, expected behavior, and actual result.
Keep private context out.
Do not include personal photos, account credentials, order details, or contact information. The downloaded brief contains the fields you enter. Submission sends only the record ID, issue category, severity, and primary-source URL to the same-origin correction ledger. It excludes the subject description and observation text.
Publication review.
A correction must be checked against the original source and applicable evidence gate before a catalog change is published. Generating a brief does not change a product record or approve a recommendation.
